I really LOVED this post Off Grid Alternatives to Everyday Kitchen Tools from Mom With A Prep. There are some great ideas in here that I need to add to my "get" list!

My other pick was Baking to Stretch the Food Budget from Run Amuk Acres. This is something that I absolutely know to be true and I loved this post.
