Diamond Candles Review and Giveaway

I was SO EXCITED when Diamond Candles contacted me to see if I wanted to try out one of their candles and review it here for all of you. Of course I told them I would LOVE to! I've been eyeing these candles for a while and I'm glad I was able to try them out.

If you haven't heard of Diamond Candles before, you may be wondering why I'm so excited. Let me tell you! Not only do they smell great, are long lasting (about 140 hours per candle) they also have a hidden surprise inside. That's right- each candle has a ring hidden inside that could be worth $10, $100, $1000 or even $5000! How's that for a special gift?!

I loved my candle, I chose the Peachy Mango scent, and I couldn't wait to get it lit so I could see the ring I had hidden inside. Once the candle was lit, the scent immediately started to fill my house. It smelled just like fresh, ripe peaches. Ummmmmm, delicious!

After about 13 hours or so of burning, I looked into my candle and saw a shiny gold foil pouch floating the the wax. My ring was about to be revealed! I could hardly contain my excitement.....but it was really late and I just ripped the foil off to get to the ring in the plastic baggie. You see, each ring comes in a plastic baggie and then is wrapped in gold foil to keep your beautiful prize from getting all gooped up with wax. The sad news is that I did this at about 11:45 at night and I didn't take pictures of the the foil pouch :( I felt terrible that I forgot to photograph a step- BUT I got up nice and early the next morning to take a picture of my prize.

This was my ring! It wasn't marked, so I'm sure it's a $10.00 ring, but it's very pretty and I like it a lot :) You can look at the Ring Reveal Photos and see what others are finding in their rings, too. This was a ton of fun and I still have a LOT of candle left to burn.

It's safe to say I'm hooked on these. I need to get another one....and soon! You can also see a lot of the rings and candles by visiting Diamond Candles on Facebook and Pinterest. It's fun to look through the photos.

Now one of you has the chance to win one of these beautiful candles, too. All you have to do is use the entry form below and your name will be in the running. Good luck!
