I'm late getting this done today but it was a typical Monday....I'll just leave it at that! I haven't shared my meal plan in a while and I thought I would start doing that again today. It helps keep me on track, focused and accountable. If I put it out there for the world to see then I have to make sure it gets done, ya know? In no particular order:
Oatmeal w/brown sugar and cinnamon x 2
Bacon, eggs and toast
Yogurt with granola x 2
Scrambled eggs and toast
PB&J x 2
Fried potatoes, eggs, sausage and toast
Spicy pork sandwiches
Chicken tortilla soup
Biscuits and gravy
BBQ chicken, cornbread and green salad
Baked peaches with whipped cream
Hot chocolate cake
This week has a lot of hodge podge menu items. We condensed 2 freezers into 1 and I have a few items I am trying to use up before they get freezer burned. But, I like having all that food on hand. Grocery shopping should be a breeze!
I'm planning on blogging a few of these recipes this week! Yay! for new recipes :)
