What a day!
I know I promised you some pictures of a couple pies on here today, and I will get the coconut one on here, I'm just waiting for it to cool, but it's been a humdinger of a busy day.
I never get as much done as I want on Sundays because they are our only days off, so EVERYTHING has to get done in one day. It makes for a busy, although entirely satisfying, day.
So, if by chance I do not get the second dessert up here today, I will get it early next week....I promise. You are just going to have to forgive me....I'm trying as hard as I can to not promise things that I can't do.
I hope your Sunday has been good, as well as busy.
Busy means productive, and productive is GOOD!

had a very productive day, thanks! 3.5 rows of cabbage hoed, many watermelon, seedless watermelon and summer squash plants transplanted thanks to help from Todd & Robin. Hope you all had a great weekend.
