Isn’t she pretty? And so thoughtful too. Insightful even.
It must be many hours of this kind of deep thinking that makes her come up with things like this:
“Mom?”
“Yes?”
“My throat is so swollen. It’s so swollen that I think it’s touching my uterus. It hurts really bad. I think I need some medicine.”
“You should go tell your dad that, and then I think we should go to the ER.”
You know it’s bad when it’s THAT swollen!!!
I’m happy to report that she is on the mend and things have gone back to their normal places.
