Easter Prep: Part 1

Today is going to be busy. The kids are going to go hunt eggs in our little park in town. That sounds easy and fun right? I'm sure it will be. It's just that it takes so long to get four kids out the door and into the car. It never fails that one of them thinks they have clean pants and they don't. Or we will FINALLY get everyone dressed and one shoe will go MIA. Then there will be the fights about who gets which identical easter bucket, who gets to get in the car first, who gets out first, who gets to hunt eggs with EE. I am exhausted and we haven't even started yet. But, and this is the most important part, they will have a blast. Then we will come home and they will eat candy until they pass out. And later, when daddy gets home we will dye the eggs, my favorite part of Easter hands down. So much fun to watch them get excited when they lift the egg out of the dye and see the color. This year we have a salad spinner type thingy for dying eggs. I'll give you an update on how that goes later! HAPPY EASTER!!
