Short and sweet

My girls love ice cream, just like I'm sure every other little kid does. I usually buy something gooey and chocolatey because thats what they like. They don't want no stinkin fruit in that bowl of ice cream, no sir. Thay want hot fudge, nuts, chocolate covered stuff. Maybe even caramel but no fruit. So last night when I gave them chocolate chip mint ice cream I didn't know if they would like it. I mean it is GREEN, and kinda plain. When Lainee asked me if it was spinach flavored I just had to laugh. Leave it to my veggie lovin' kids to equate green with spinach. In the end they declared it the best they had ever had and had seconds and thirds. Everyone go out and enjoy some spinach ice cream today, it's delicious and nutritious!!
